About this deal

Plenty of space for different handwriting styles and enough space to draw for those children who prefer to draw their answers Three months is an ideal length as it's similar to a school term and so feels achievable for the children to establish their new daily journaling habit. When testing the kids preferred this length and a longer book would have been too bulky or heavy for small hands.

This brings you all the goodness of our Junior edition adapted for you to enjoy with the 3 to 6 year old in your life. Our journals create opportunities for beautiful moments to occur. Become the ultimate role model for positive habits by using our Grown-Up edition to journal alongside your little ones (clue: it starts with you), or simply take a few mindful moments for yourself each day. The recommended age range is 6 to 12. Depending on your child’s reading and writing abilities they may need some guidance at the younger end of the scale. Enables you to carve out some time for yourself by giving you the space to reflect and the structure to make it a daily habit

Un diario para niños que promueve la felicidad, desarrolla hábitos positivos y estimula las mentes curiosas

Can be used to journal alongside your children if you wish to share the journaling experience as a family

The HappySelf Journal is a daily journal for children aged 6 to 12, based on scientifically proven methods that promote happiness, develop healthy habits for life and nurture enquiring minds. Beautifully illustrated and easy to use, with just a few minutes focus each day, children benefit by being encouraged to express gratitude, reflect on their emotions and think about their actions. We launched the Grown-Up edition so you could become the ultimate role model for positive habits by journaling alongside your little ones (clue: it starts with you), or simply by taking a few mindful moments for yourself each day. We highly recommend you fill out the journal with your child, even acting as scribe if your child is tired or dislikes writing, so that the emphasis can be on the conversation and reflection rather than the act of writing. Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to legislation that prohibits the transport of goods that can be considered dangerous. These will include aerosols, fragrances and nail varnishes.

You may well reach jouurnaling burnout. You may skip more days, and you start losing interest in journaling. Not everyone goes through this, but often when you don’t know why you are journaling, aren’t sure it is benefiting you, or your mind keeps changing with how you want to journal, burnout happens.
