About this deal

In the above Tazkiyah Ali al-Halabi says that Abu Suhaib refutes the people of deviation! So why has Abu Suhaib refrained from refuting the innovations of Ali Al-Halabi after the scholars have clearly established that Ali Al-Halabi has innovated. Imaam Sufyaan Ath-Thawri (rahimahullaah) stated: “If you loved a man for Allaah and then he innovated in Islaam and you didn’t hate him for it, you never truly loved him for Allaah.” ( http://maktabah-alfawaaid.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/ath-thawree-if-you-loved-man-for-allaah.html)

It can be revealed that at the Mohammadi Masjid in Birmingham, preacher Abu Ibraheem Hussnayn told worshippers on Oct 20: “Oh Muslim, behind me is a Jew, come and kill him. These times are coming.” So we say to Abu Ibraheem Husnayn: Do you promote the staunch supporters of Mubtadi’ah and consider them to be upon the balanced path?! How can the staunch followers of Mubtadi’ah be considered as such, rather the people upon the balanced path are those who abandon the obstinate figureheads of bidah and their staunch followers. They reject the shubuhaat of the figureheads of bidah and their staunch followers at Masjid As-Sunnah (Manchester), Masjid Al-Ghurabaa (Luton), Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah (Brixton), Masjid Al-Furqan (Manchester) and other people of hizbiyyah.

Abu Ibraaheem: Akhi refrain from speaking without proof, for indeed it is a great sin. Allaah (The Most High) said: Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) said: ‘He who loves the deeds of a people, good or bad, is just like the one who commits them'[1] It is widely known about some of the people that Al [ٱلۡوُسۡطَ] is only that which occupies the middle position between two things, and they do not call to attention the other meaning of this word, as mentioned in the Magnificent Qur’aan and the Prophetic Sunnah. [ٱلۡوُسۡطَ ] in the Islamic legislation is that which is ‘Superior.’ [Allaah (The Most High)] said: said:

And by Allah there is so much more like this which I have not put here. But look at some of the scholars – look how gentle they tell us to be with one another. Yet today, we get some ignorant fools boycotting one another because they may pray at a different masjid, even though they are both salafi, inshaa’Allah. If you like Abu Khadeejah then you are salafi, if you don’t then you are a Hizbee or an innovator?!

The intent behind this is to understand that [الوسطية] in the religious context is that which is ‘best’ and the ‘Justice in the Religion’—(and it is) to follow that which Allaah (The Mighty)and Magestic) has commanded and keep away from that which He has forbidden. As for the explanation of [الوسطية] in the religious context with a meaning other than this meaning, it is (founded upon something) ready to crumble. It is a mirage which a thirsty one considers water (i.e. an illusion). [3]

And Sheikh al-Albani was asked–“Question: A man whose Usul is that of Ahl Al-Sunnah and he walks upon its Manhaj (i.e. the Manhaj of Ahl Al-Sunnah), and he is known for his defense of it, and his service to it, and sometimes he makes some mistakes in his Manhaj; so is he warned against by name or by making clear his mistakes?” A Charity Commission spokesman said: “Concerns have been raised with us regarding activities linked to a number of charities. We are currently considering the information provided to inform our next steps.” Abu Suhaib is well aware of the detail refutations of the Scholars against Halabi and his innovations, however he takes pride in defending Al-Halabi and openly keeping the company Al-Halabi’s staunch followers. Abu Suhaib is afflicted with a corrupt Walaa Wal Baraa in this affair of Al-Halabi, even though he portray himself as one who fights all bidah. In one of his lectures he stated that ”Every Bidah is Misguidance”; but what prevents him from openly refuting the innovations of Ali Al-Halabi Al-Murji al-Mubtadi?! Sheikh Abdul Muhsin al-Abbaad was asked– Questioner: If one of the Shaikhs said about someone, ‘He is an innovator,’ is the student obliged to adopt this stance of calling that person an innovator? Or must he know why the person was called an innovator? Because this declaration of a person to be an innovator may have been applied to someone who is on the Sunnah?Abu Ibraheem advised predominantly Asian Muslim youth on Ladypool Road in Birmingham on Eid night to stop taking drugs, drinking alcohol, engaging in extramarital relationships, committing fraud, and instead pray and practice Islam. The regulator’s guidance says trustees should be alert to the dangers of “extremist ideology” or “extremist views”, and must ensure charities do not “promote unlawful guidance or hatred on the grounds of race, religion or sexual orientation” or “glorify terrorism”. We ask Allaah to distance you from the company of those who defend and shelter Mubtadi’ah and grant you tawfeeq to find the balanced path and its people. Aameen. British Imam Abu Ibrahim Hussnayn said in an October 20, 2023 Friday sermon at Mohammadi Masjid in Birmingham, U.K. that the Jews have a history of oppression, but today they are the oppressors. He said that the Jews today are committing atrocities worse than those committed against them by Pharaoh. Hussnayn continued to say that Jews have no shame, no limits, no morality, and no fear of Allah. He said that today, inanimate objects, drones, direct the Jews where Muslims are hiding so they can drop bombs on them, but according to the hadith, the day will come when the Muslims will fight the Jews, and the Jews will hide behind trees and stones, which will say to the Muslims: "Oh Muslim, behind me there is a Jew, come and kill him." The sermon was posted on Abu Ibrahim Hussnayn's YouTube channel. I quote Sheikh Rabee (hafidahullah) because some of these won’t accept it unless it comes from him:

If you loved a man for Allaah and then he innovated in Islaam and you didn’t hate him for it, you never truly loved him for Allaah.” ( http://maktabah-alfawaaid.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/ath-thawree-if-you-loved-man-for-allaah.html) This is something we hear, usually from the youth but not exclusively so, when talking about others. What is a “Hizbee”? Someone who has partisanship to, or calls towards something other than, the book of Allah, the Sunnah of His messenger (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) and the way of the righteous Salaf. So perhaps he only promotes a certain masjid, a certain speaker or organisation or even a certain group of scholars. Don’t test me with Tahir Wyat, Abu Usama, Abu Khadeejah, Green Lane, Salafi Publications or anyone else, because by Allah NONE OF THESE MATTER TO ME. What matters to me is pleasing Allah and attaining His forgiveness. What matters to me is the manhaj of the salaf – calling people to tawheed and sunnah, warning against shirk and bid’ah. What? As Sheikh Abdul Muhsin said – This is a clear innovation! But many of these people do not understand even an iota of this because they do not seek beneficial knowledge, rather they have taken it upon themselves to be the gatekeepers of Salafiyyah. my advice to you is to study — if a person has been spoken about, [my advice] is to study him, and to take the statements of the ones who critique men (Al-Naqidin) and to understand them, and to make sure of their authenticity, so this has been made clear to you then let a person judge out of awareness and conviction, not out of Taqlid of this or that person, nor out of extreme fanaticism for this or that person. And leave individuals so-and-so and so-and-so (i.e. do not let this be your main concern; leave this business aside); take this as a principle and transmit it to those who disagree (mentioned in the question) to understand the reality only and to know the Truth and to take themselves out of the group of those who are extremely biased towards falsehood. And I am not pleased that anyone should be extremely biased towards me ever. If I have made a mistake, then let he who happened upon my mistake tell me: You have made a mistake. May Allah bless you. And do not be extremely biased towards anyone, [neither] this one or that one.” (Khuturat Al-Kathib Wa Aatharahu Al-Sayyi’ah Wa Mawquf Al-Islam Minhu, minute: 56)Al-Sheikh Al-Albani rahimahu Allah: “The second and not the first” (Silsilah Al-Huda Wal-Nur, 8/751) Subhan’Allah! Perhaps I once ate at the same cafe where some innovator also had his dinner, that probably makes me a “hizbee” or “innovator” in their eyes aswell! This is not how the dawah works brothers. But there will come a time, Muslims, there will come a time... And we relate the hadith of the prophets of Allah, [saying] that the Muslims and the Jews they will fight. And there is coming a time where there will be fighting. And He told us that the inanimate objects speak on those things. The inanimate object will speak. Now when it comes to a lot of the duaat out there from amongst those who are upon the way of the soofis or ikhwanis, this term “hizbiyyah” or “hizbee” may apply because frankly they only call to their own organisations or groups or other people who hold their twisted views. They call bigotedly towards them and mislead people from the Sunnah. Imam Abu Ibrahim Hussnayn: "The Yahud [Jews] are a people who they themselves have a history of being persecuted, who they themselves have a history of being oppressed – they are the ones who are doing the oppressing, and what a mighty oppression it is.
