About this deal

ARTISTIC BOTTLE. The bottle symbolizes a bouquet of flowers, namely ginger lily, represented in its cap, with a bright green colour. I think about perfume altogether too much. In one of my most recent ruminations, I decided that it’s somewhat uncool to admire certain perfumes created between 1985 and the present unless they’re from infamous houses like Guerlain or Chanel or unless they’re niche. Middle: Ylang-Ylang, Rose, Hyacinth, Heliotrope, Iris, Freesia, Violet, Tuberose, Ginger Lily, Carnation, Jasmine For all of its spring effulgence, the florals are extended into the base by a civet that is ever so subtle but present enough so that Cabotine is not resolutely clean, almost imparting a certain buttery impression into its dry down. However, Cabotine retains a translucent, atmospheric character into its dry down. CHEERFUL WOMAN. This fragrance describes a woman who falls in love with her joy, fun highlight their eyes and infectious smile that constantly in his face.

Cabotine de Gres, 1990, is one of these shameful perfumes for me. But I’m coming out and admitting that I love Cabotine. Even in the face of LT’s review in The Guide, which gives it 1 star and a 2 word sum-up of “nasty floral.” There are lots of great mainstream fragrances created between 1985 and today that just don’t get much respect. Take for instance, a perfume launched in 1989; this was 20 years ago, its too recent to be considered classic yet far enough in the past to seem dated, and it potentially reminds us of high school or of some other person or time in our lives. There are so many fragrances that I feel slightly ashamed of adoring that were created during this time period. For instance, Amarige (shame), Byblos (shame), Diva (shame), Poison (shame), Rochas Byzance (shame), Cristobal by Balenciaga (shame) Dior Dune (shame)...you get the picture.

HAPPY WOMAN. This fragrance describes a woman who falls in love with his joy, innocence and sensitivity. A romantic woman in search of pure love. So, there you have it – I love Cabotine. It’s fresh, it’s green, it’s unique, and it’s cheap. I even have 3 tubes of the shower gel, which makes for a zesty shower, and the body lotion. This fragrance was created in 2003, inspired by a very particular flower, the cherry blossom. A species that blooms in spring, and dyes the fields a delicate pink color. A spring symbol full of good energy, that invites us to dance between its petals feeling the soft grass under the feet. Pure sensations that fill our days with joy and positivity. Cabotine by Grès is a floral fragrance for women. Because of its scent notes, it is intended for Spring and summer use, both for day and night use. This perfume has strength and good fixation, so a few sprays are sufficient to be scented all day. This fragrance is recommended for women between 20 and 60 years old, a wide age range, characterized by a youthful and bold spirit.

Cabotine Eau de Parfum is a playfully romantic fragrance for those who like refined and exclusive scents. Cabotine is a daughter of the classic Cabochard perfume. A fragrance for the younger generation yet with the elegance and distinction of Cabochard. It was created with love and enthusiasm, with a very limited budget, and has become a classic. Available in both Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum strengths.

Cabotine de Gres actually reminds me of LouLou. No, it doesn’t smell anything like LouLou, but it has that “LouLou style,” a certain unmistakeably potent and dramatic femininity. Cabotine is a bright, green, fresh, gingery floral. I’ve read that Cabotine is and ode to ginger lily, though I have never smelled an actual ginger lily flower and an online search confused me more than anything as to exactly what a ginger lily looks and smells like. Cabotine Rose by Grès is a 'Eau de Toilette' for women with fruity and floral notes, for a young woman and with a very broad idea of love, which for her is a fundamental part of her life. It is a fresh and smooth aroma, full of modernity and with a very elegant aura.

FLORAL BOTTLE. Its bottle symbolizes a bouquet of cherry blossoms, depicted on its stopper in a cheerful, feminine pink colour. To make your scent last longer, apply your fragrance to your wrists and behind the ear lobe. These pulse points have a temperature superior to the rest of the body, and this will help the fragrance to evaporate slower. Avoid spraying perfume on the clothes as it can stain, damage and alter certain fabrics. To prolong the longevity of the fragrance, we recommend using products from the same range such as shower gels, body lotions or deodorants.
