About this deal

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. For an easy comparison, a ranking is calculated based on collected reviews and opinions from tech experts.

However, these keys are all proprietary, which means you won't be able to swap them out too easily and will likely be stuck with the oily residue that can quickly build up. With per-key RGB lighting and a new luxury wrist rest, it represented a mid-range step away from budget-focused decks and offered solid value for money for those after a taste of bigger things as a result.G513 is a high performance RGB mechanical gaming keyboard that features advanced technologies in a modern and sleek design. The Logitech G513 is a full-size wired gaming keyboard, while the Lenovo ThinkPad TrackPoint Keyboard II is a 75% compact wireless board for mobile devices and tablets. However, with no onboard memory storage, macro options limited to the function row, and no dedicated media buttons, there are a few too many sacrifices to justify this full MSRP today.

The G513 comes with a nice wrist rest, but the G815 has dedicated media controls, dedicated macro keys, and onboard memory. If you're after a control panel of keys, but don't want the heft and bulk associated with many gaming keyboards in this form factor, the G513 may be the answer to your prayers. They have a very short pre-travel distance and require very little force to actuate, making them feel responsive and light. G513 is a high-performance gaming keyboard featuring your choice of advanced Romer-G Tactile, Romer-G Linear and GX Blue mechanical switches.I spent multiple hours playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and never felt any wrist strain or general fatigue while using this keyboard. Custom Function Keys and you can even save and export the profiles you create to share with other people. Advanced GX mechanical switches—engineered and 100% tested for performance, responsiveness, and durability. Today we will be reviewing the Logitech G513 which is the successor to the G413 that was released last year. Now, as the Logitech G513, it has seen a major makeover with RGB lighting, an included palm rest and even a whole new linear switch.

While this board used to be available with Romer-G Tactile and Linear switches, it's now only available at most retailers with GX Blue, Red, and Brown switches. The G512 is cheaper, but comes without palm rest and also has no keycap puller or extra keycaps included. There are some slight differences in the pre-travel distance and operating force, but it's fairly minor and shouldn't be noticeable to most people.

The software will scan your PC and look for compatible games, so the setup is fairly straightforward and simple. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag.

G513 is the perfect blend of performance, advanced technologies and features, and unparalleled build quality and comfort. While speed and comfort during longer play sessions certainly did the G513 proud in my testing, the overall typing experience was less impressive. Of course, if this is your first time dabbling with making your keyboard your own that's not going to be such a major flaw, but if you're used to having each command within easy reach this is going to take some adjusting.
