About this deal

The was an emphasis on the importance of family and different types of love were explored, not just the typical romantic love.

won the Young Telegraph/Gimme 5 Award - Malorie is the only author to have won this award twice - while Hacker also won the WH Smith Mind-Boggling Books Award in 1994. I almost forgot to say that 😂😂) I'm glad to be leaving this series on a positive note, because it truly has had its ups and downs. When we're younger, we often keep a diary where we talk about our crushes, how annoying our teachers are, our parents, and our dreams. In some ways, the epilogue 'Three months later' detracted a bit from my overall enjoyment of the book, which was heading for a 5-star read up to then. She has been described by The Times as ‘a national treasure’ and was the Children’s Laureate 2013-15.In 2008 she received an OBE for her services to children's literature, and between 2013 and 2015 she was the Children's Laureate. With the COVID-19 pandemic bringing many productions to a halt in 2020, the creative team behind Anna Todd’s After series were able to film the third and fourth films back to back in Bulgaria. We start this book exactly where Crossfire left off, with tensions running high and politics at the forefront. I could never have imagined how detailled Endgame’s plot was – it was so intricate and complex with twists and turns around every corner.

Whilst Troy does not know the extent of Tobey's undesirable traits, he still makes him out and sees him for what he truly is.The book, titled Endgame, is the sixth novel in the series, which also includes three other novellas. However, Endgame had so much (sometimes too much) going on, these articles actually slowed the story down a considerable bit. Some things have changed since book one, and it certainly seems that contemporary life/issues have worked their way in. Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Josephine Langford reprise their roles as the tormented - and often antagonistic - lovers with many casting changes.

I am truly sad to be leaving the world of noughts and crosses behind - for anyone debating whether to pick up this series and see it through to the end, please please do!Facebook sets this cookie to show relevant advertisements to users by tracking user behaviour across the web, on sites that have Facebook pixel or Facebook social plugin. I'm sad that the Noughts and Crosses stories have finally come to an end, because it is probably my favourite book series ever. These cookies help provide information on metrics the number of visitors, bounce rate, traffic source, etc. There are too many viewpoints, and far too many from the perspectives of people you don’t care about. Still a strong four-star read for me - a great collection of books which will no doubt be treasured on readers' bookshelves for many years, together with other great YA series like Harry Potter and His Dark Materials - 9/10.
